Blarney Lodge is located to the south-east of Rotorua and is marked on the Lake Rerewhakaaitu map.

- Rotorua airport: 45 min
- Rotorua city: 35 min
- Taupo: 45 min
- Auckland airport: 3hrs 30 min

Setting

The only lakeside property on Lake Rerewhakaaitu, Blarney Lodge is situated in a private rural setting south of Mount Tarawera, with majestic lake and rural views.

  • Represented New Zealand at the World Fly Fishing Championships for 6 years
  • Has fished both North and South Islands of New Zealand.
  • Always delights in sharing his experiences.
  • Specialises in fly tying and creating new patterns in his specially designed fly tying den

All accomodation prices are per person per night. The tariff includes a continental breakfast.

Prices are in NZ dollars and exclude GST.

Lodge rooms

Single occupancy: $350

Double occupancy: $250

Executive suite

Single occupancy: $425

Double occupancy: $325

 

Dining

Breakfast: Continental breakfast is included in the price.

Dinner: $66.70 per person for a 3 course dinner (wine and alcohol extra)

Transport to/from all major airports and other areas is available. Please ask for a quote.

Guided fly fishing:

One angler $580, second angler $100.

Fishing licenses are available for purchase at the lodge.

Booking
  • A deposit of 25% is required upon booking.
  • All major credit cards are accepted.
  • Credit card details are required upon confirmation of booking.
Cancellation policy

A cancellation fee is required if cancellations are made in the:

  • 30 days prior to booking date: 50% cancellation fee
  • 14 days prior to booking date: 100% cancellation fee
