Lake Rotoiti Lodge

 

Lake Rotoiti Lodge is a luxury bed and breakfast surrounded by native bush and birds, and overlooking Te Weta Bay and the Okere Arm of Lake Rotoiti.

It is situated right on the edge of one of the best lakes in the world for trophy/trout fishing. Mooring is available at the Lodge's jetty if you wish to bring your own boat.

The Lodge has two double bedrooms and a stylish self contained apartment. A complimentary afternoon tea and bottle of wine await your arrival.

Lake Rotoiti

Location

Lake Rotoiti Lodge is marked on the Lake Rotoiti map and the Lake Rotorua map.

 

Driving distances are:

- 10 minutes from Rotorua airport

- 20 minutes from Rotorua

- 35 minutes from Tauranga

Features
  • Complimentary daily breakfast, served in your room, the dining room or out on the deck overlooking the lake.
  • At an additional cost, ingredients can be provided so you are able to cook your own barbecue or choose meat, fish or vegetarian home cooked meals.
  • Complimentary boat trip to Manupirua Hot Pools where you can soak in a hot pool or try the popular slide straight into the lake.
  • Free use of kayaks: Take one of their special bak pak picnics and head out to find the perfect spot to kayak to and soak up the sun.
  • Email, fax and barbecue are provided for your use.

  • Self contained apartment which can accommodate up to 4 people

Lake Rotoiti Lodge's tariff includes:

  • Afternoon tea on arrival

A discount is offered if staying more than two days.

Keruru Room

  • NZ$250 per night, per couple (late October to 31 March)
  • NZ$200 per night, per couple (1 April to late October)

Tui Room

  • NZ$200 per night, per couple (late October to 31 March)
  • NZ$150 per night, per couple (1 April to late October)

Downstairs unit

  • NZ$225 per night, per couple (late October to 31 March)
  • NZ$150 per night, per couple (1 April to late October)
Bookings

Phone, email or use the online form at the Lake Rotoiti Lodge websete to make a reservation.

Cancellations

A cancellation fee is required if cancellations are made:

  • 2 days prior to booking date: 25% cancellation fee
  • 1 day prior to booking date: 100% cancellation fee

No charge if booking replaced.
