Lodge enjoys a perfect location. This award-winning bed and breakfast
is on the shores of Lake
Rotorua and only a few metres away from the famous Waiteti
trout stream. It is ideal as a base for trout fishing, central North
Island touring, or a relaxing weekend break. All fishing gear can
be supplied, lessons and advice given, and licenses sold.
The panoramic views of the lake, Mokoia Island
and surrounding countryside across to Mt Tarawera are stunning.
You can come and go, keep to yourselves, or mix and mingle as the
mood takes you. You'll sleep peacefully in superior beds and enjoy
great food in a friendly relaxed atmosphere.

| About your hosts |
Graham, born in England,
came to New Zealand in 1973. A furniture upholsterer by trade, he
ran successful businesses in both the UK and NZ. Now semi-retired,
Graham is happy to spend time fly fishing and getting to know guests.
Many an hour is spent, on the stream bank, swapping tips and telling
tales.
Lyndsay, a kiwi, is a skilled interior decorator
and a great cook - breakfasts at the lodge are legendary. Her design
flair is evident throughout the home, with its tasteful décor
and furnishings. |
