• Situated in a very private, secluded bay with its own beach: step off the front deck and you are almost on the sand
• Lake from views from all rooms
• Stunning views across Lake Rotorua to Mokoia Island
• Magnificent sunsets over the water in the evening.
• Breakfast hampers, either cooked or continental are available on request at an extra cost.
• A beautiful bush walk leads you alongside the Okere River, five minutes north of the cottage, to view the series of falls that make up the splendid Okere Falls
• Close to many of Rotorua's main attractions as well as great fishing.

Sandy Loch Cottage provides:

• A double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both fitted with alarm/radio clocks, electric blankets and linen supplied.
• Modern tiled bathroom with high quality fixtures and fittings, electric point and bathroom heater.
• The main room is furnished with two leather recliners and a leather three seater lounge suite, log burner with wood provided, TV, DVD and satellite television.
• A fully equipped kitchen with microwave, free standing stove/oven, fridge/freezer, jug, toaster, dinnerware, glassware, mugs, cooking utensils and dishwashing liquid supplied.
• Dining table is situated between kitchen and main room with views across the lawn and beach to Lake Rotorua and Mokoia Island.
• Utility room has a washing machine, iron, ironing board and washing powder supplied.
• Baby bath and highchair available on request.
• Pets allowed by prior arrangement.
• Guests may smoke outside only

Sandy Loch Cottage's tariff is NZ$200 per night (for a couple) and $20.00 for each extra adult. It sleeps a maximum of 4.

The property is available year round and is also available for rental. Longer stay tariffs are negotiable.
