Executive Suites

Styled with comfort in mind the six Executive Suites are bedecked in creams, taupes and beiges, the light subtle designs bring the outdoors in, inviting you to curl up and soak up the peace and quiet of the idyllic location. Sink into an extra deep bath and unwind.

The well appointed bathrooms offer a separate spa bath and shower, under floor heating for the wintry months and a range of luxurious amenities.

Floor to ceiling glass windows provide a breathtaking outlook of the tranquil lagoon, or the glassy lake and volcanic summit of Mount Tarawera and private balconies allow for romantic sunset dining.

Premium Suites

Solitaire Lodge has three Premium Suites, each have their own sitting room with sofa, dining room table, CD and DVD player and bathroom with spa bath.

The Villa Suite is ideally suited to couples travelling together or families. Internal staircase connecting floors or separate access available, so that it is possible to have a 2-bedroom Suite or completely separate living areas

Renowned for its fine dining, the lodge serves mouth-watering modern New Zealand cuisine prepared with
fresh local produce and complemented by superb wines from the country’s finest vineyards. Guests may engage in lively conversation in the Lodge’s dining room, or choose an intimate dinner in their suite or on the terrace where they can enjoy the scenery.

Suite rates are on a Full Board basis and include overnight accommodation, mini bar (alcoholic & non alcoholic beverages & snacks), pre dinner drinks & canapés, five course dinner, full country breakfast and light lunch. Rate also includes use of the lodge’s kayaks, motorized dinghies and trout fishing gear.

As well as the superb fishing just a short cast away, the following activities are also available:

• Executive Suite:
  Single: NZ$790 (plus GST)
  Double: NZ$640 (plus GST)
• Premier Suite:
  Single: NZ$1090 (plus GST)

Summer (1 October-30 April) per person

• Executive Suite:
  Single: NZ$885 (plus GST)
  Double: NZ$735 (plus GST)

In the unfortunate event you need to cancel the following applies:

• Within 30 days of arrival date:
  25% of all room nights booked will be charged
• Within 7 days of arrival date:
  100% of all room nights booked will be charged.

Between the 15th of December and 15th of January, a minimum two night stay applies.

On the 25th and 26th of December and the 1st and 2nd of January, a surcharge of NZ$100 plus GST, per person, applies to all, except children under the age of five.

Between 12th of December to the 12th of January the following cancellation policy applies:

• Within 90 days of arrival date:
  25% of all room nights booked will be charged
• Within 60 days of arrival date:
  50% of all room nights booked will be charged
• Within 30 days of arrival date:
  100% of all room nights booked will be charged.
