Location	Springwaters Lodge Bed and Breakfast is marked on the Lake Rotorua map. The lodge is 20 minutes from Rotorua township.
Features	Delicious breakfasts with a different hot dish are served daily such as Peach Baked French Toast, Eggs Benedict, Traditional Bacon and Eggs or Salmon Frittata. A refreshment area in the hallway with a selection of complimentary teas, plunger coffee, hot chocolate or a cold drink, snacks and home baking. A well balanced four-course dinner served with New Zealand wines is available. The lodge is centrally heated with a wood fire for a warm focus in the living room. The spa pool, situated in a sheltered courtyard, has views to Lake Rotorua All rooms are serviced daily
