Tutira Cottage is a complete renovated country cottage surrounded by farmland in a tranquil lakeside setting overlooking Lake Tutira.

Rainbow, brown, and brook trout are found 30 metres from your door in Tutira and Opouahi lakes, as well as in the Waikoau, Esk and Mohaka rivers close by. Fishing trips can be arranged

Location	Tutira Cottage is marked on the Lake Tutira map. Tutira Cottage is 30 kms north of Napier on SH2 at the southern end of the Tutira lakes. Driving time from Napier is approximately half an hour.
Features	Originally built in the early 1900s as a gardeners cottage for well known naturalist Herbert Guthrie Smith, the dwelling has recently been resited and renovated. Peaceful and private location overlooking the Tutira Lakes bird sanctuary Fishings and sightseeing trips can be arranged
Facilities	Tutira Cottage sleeps up to five guests and offers the folllowing amenities: Two double bedrooms, one with an extra single bed A cozy lounge with log fire Deck looks out over the lakes A fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and laundry Pillows, blankets and duvets in the bedrooms Private fenced section with off street parking Canoes available for guest hire Provisions for meals by prior arrangement
