Annies Cottage and Fishing Lodge @ Waiwhenua Farmstay

Known as "a little slice of heaven", Annie's Cottage is set in the heart of Hawke's Bay's beautiful rural farm land at "Waiwhenua". The recently renovated, fully self contained, historic farm cottage has extensive views over farm land and beyond, to the cliffs of the trout filled Tutaekuri River.

"Annie's Cottage" has very private and quiet surroundings and is a special place to wind down, relax and enjoy your stay.

Excellent trout fishing on the stretch of the Tutaekuri River that runs through the farm is available to the discerning angler with help and advice at hand. Local guides can also be arranged.

Setting	Annies Cottage is located at Waiwhenua Farm, an extensive sheep, cattle and deer farm. You can enjoy total comfort and privacy in a tranquil setting with extensive rural views. Enjoy fishing the farms exclusive stretch of river only accessed by guests staying on the property. Easy river access- 4WD suggested in wet periods.
Annie's Cottage	Annie's Cottage is a recently renovated, fully self contained, three bedroom, historic farm cottage. It offers guests: Very private and quiet surroundings Extensive views over farm land and beyond to the cliffs of the trout filled Tutaekuri River. Fully equipped kitchen, including fridge, dishwasher, and oven Verandah and private garden Fireplace with wood supplied Pillows, blankets, duvets and linen supplied Bath and shower Portacot and high chair for the little ones BBQ Stereo and television Tea, coffee and sugar provided, plus some other essential goodies Laundry facilities and automatic washing machine Double garage Breakfast and other meals by prior arrangement (featuring home grown beef, lamb or venison)

Indicative tariff as at June 2011	Annie's Cottage Annie's Cottage's tariff is for exclusive use of the cottage for up to six guests. Extra guests and weekly rates are negotiable. $150 per night for first two guests $10pp per night for any additional guests Fishing gear hire charge $25 per day plus flies or lures
