The Mudbrick Guest House is made up of two superbly appointed self-contained suites.

The Classic Suite

Upstairs is the Classic Suite which is delightfully light and airy. It has wood lined ceilings with dormer windows looking out over the valley.

The Deluxe Suite

Downstairs is the beautifully spacious Deluxe Suite which has:

• Double shower
• A potbelly stove that provides extra warmth if needed
• French doors open onto a wisteria covered verandah overlooking the valley
• Full disabled access

Each open plan suite has:

• A super king bed (or twin beds on request) fitted with luxurious Egyptian cotton linen, feather pillows, down duvets and cotton waffle blankets
• Full ensuite with shower, toilet and hand basin and is furnished with 100% Egyptian cotton towels and locally handmade toiletries
• Its own fully equipped kitchen and fully stocked pantry that is regularly replenished with fresh fruit and home baking
• Room for a rollaway bed (twin or super king) for a child or third guest if required
• A comfortable lounge area that includes wine cellar and minibar, stereo, magazines, books and games
• Full access to televsion and Broadband internet in the main house
• Access to a four person spa that is situated just outside the cottage in the garden

Breakfast is either served to you in the main house or provisions can be left for you to make your breakfast in your own time.

Other meals cooked by Tania, a former professional chef, are available from the main house, served in your suite or with the family in the house.

The per night tariff for each suite (including GST) is:

• NZ$170: Self-catering (usually $220)
• NZ$200: Bed & Breakfast (usually $250)

Extra person: $20 per night

Children under 4 year stay free of charge.

Reduced rates are available for self catering long stays.
