Waitakiroa Farm Stay B&B is situated on
the banks of the picturesque Motueka River, famous for its trout fishing. With
2 kms of river frontage right at the doorstep, there is a good chance of catching 'The Big One'.

A fishing rod and tackle can be arranged if you don't have your own. And Errol will happily advise you on a few good spots to fish or help organise a fishing guide.

Location

Waitakiroa Farm Stay B&B is situated in the heart of the Motueka valley and is marked on the Motueka River map.

It is close to Motueka township, Kaiteriteri Beach and New Zealand's Abel Tasman National Park.

About the farm
  • Waitakiroa Farm is a 320 acre cattle and sheep farm nestled in the foothills of the Kahurangi National Park.

  • Red, orange and yellow calla lilies are also grown on the farm for export to Holland, Japan and the USA.
Facilities

Waitakiroa Farm Stay B&B provides:

  • A large, spacious room separate from the farm house
  • Queen-size bed, a single bed, and a double futon couch
  • A portacot is available on request.
  • Private ensuite with a European style shower. Towels and basic toiletries are provided.
