Dunstan House

 

Dunstan House is located in a charming and historic Central Otago town. Built in 1900 of local stone and character timber, this beautifully restored heritage hotel provides stylish rooms with a delicious continental breakfast.

Dunstan House is open from 1st September to 30th May. It offers easy access to the Clutha River and several lakes. Fishing guides can be arranged.

  • Kayaking the magnificent Clutha River, or try the new river-boat cruises
  • Skiing the local fields, or we can arrange bookings for any of the adrenalin sports in nearby Queenstown or Wanaka

All rates include continental breakfast:

  • Suite with adjoining sitting room: NZ$200 per night
  • Rooms with private ensuite bathroom: NZ$130-$NZ170 per night
  • Rooms with shared bathrooms: From $100-$130 double
  • Room with shared bathroom: NZ$85 single

  • Dunstan House is open from 1st September to 30th May
  • Bookings can be made at any time of the year for the open season

Cancellations

Dunstan House has a strict cancellation policy to ensure that it can guarantee exclusive booking for all reservations. The following policy applies:

  • A minimum of 10 days notice from check in time is required for the cancellation or amendment of a reservation over peak periods (e.g. public holiday weekends)
  • A minimum of 72 hours notice from check in time is required for the cancellation or amendment of a reservation over non-peak periods
  • A cancellation or amendment to a reservation (or an existing stay) advised outside the above time frames or a No Show results in the charge of a cancellation fee equivalent to one nights tariff
