Pembroke is situated in the beautiful Dunrobin Valley with the Takitimu mountains, to the west and with Fiordland National Park behind them.

Directions	From Mossburn, take Holmes St heading south (it becomes Wreys Bush Road). Drive 10 km until you reach a crossroads. At the crossroads, turn right into Dunrobin Road. Drive 3 km then turn left into Dunrobin Valley Rd. Drive 1.5 km where you will see a wooden painted sign for Pembroke and a blue sign with the number "154".
