Western Rivers Lodge provides superbly comfortable accommodation in private chalets, locally inspired cuisine and guided fishing trips.

The lodge was located and built specifically with New Zealand's best fly fishing in mind, in the spectacular southern alpine area of the South Island.

Local fishing waters	The lodge is situated at the headwaters of four blue ribbon trout rivers: Maruia River Grey River Inangahua River Lewis River

Setting	The lodge is set in seven acres of native bush and gardens and is north facing for all day sun and spectacular views down the Maruia valley and Victoria range beyond.

Indicative prices as at Jan 2009	Accommodation Western River Lodge's tariff includes breakfast, lunch and four course dinner: Share twin: NZ$300 per person per night Single: NZ$350 per person per night Guided Fishing NZ$600 for one angler NZ$650 for two anglers Helicopter fly outs Prices range from NZ$1000 to NZ$1800 depending on destination Transfers To or from Christchurch or Nelson (approx two and a half hours drive): NZ$350.00 To or from Greymouth (approx one and a half hours drive): NZ$275
