Wakatipu Anglers Club

The Wakatipu Anglers Club is based in Queenstown and meets monthly. The club holds regular club trips, competitions, take a kid fishing days and an annual beginners' fly fishing course which is open to the public.

The club's home waters are those of the Wakatipu and it has a hut on the banks of Diamond Creek.

Membership Established for over 50 years, the membership boasts some of the Queenstown areas most recognised fly-fishing enthusiasts. The club welcomes all anglers to enjoy the sociable club nights and trout chasing expeditions.

The Wakatipu Anglers Club meets at 7.30pm on the first Tuesday of every month at the Goldridge Hotel, 594 Frankton Road, Queenstown.

All are welcome, whether resident or just visiting town.
