Steve's South Island fly fishing tours

Steve's South Island flyfishing tours are designed to avoid disappointment and eliminate anxiety. Forget your worries, avoid the crowds and let Steve take charge.

Steve will meet you at Christchurch International Airport. From there sit back and relax as you travel from one fabulous fishing destination to the next: each chosen not only for its superb flyfishing but also for the very best scenery, and visitor attractions and activities that New Zealand has to offer. The tours are friendly and relaxed using only best value accomodation and the finest fishing guides.

Fly in to inaccessible areas

Fixed wing and helicopters are used to get to inaccessible areas. Overnight stays in modest but comfortable huts can be arranged and you'll need good quality sleeping bags. There are no luxury lodges in these regions.

Guiding rates for 1-2 people are:

- NZ$350 for a half day (4-5 hours)

- NZ$695 for a full day (8-9 hours)

Fly ins

Costs range from NZ$400-$1500 daily for the helicopter and basic accommodation.
