Bibio trout fly

Description The Bibio trout fly is a palmered fly and is a popular Scottish pattern that is fished just subsurface so as to create a wake similar to a hatching insect.

Use Fish in the surface film or just under it. A useful dropper fly that can also be fished dry especially on still waters where it represents a larger insect such as a beetle or blowfly that has been blown onto the water.
