Background

We purchased this home four years ago in March 2004 and are sorry to be leaving. We have recarpeted with top quality wool carpet, repainted the bedrooms and bathroom, installed wooden venetian blinds and had spacious wardrobes built in each bedroom. We've also developed the garden. However our children have now left home and it makes sense for us to relocate back to the North Island for business and family reasons.
