Frog trout fly

Description The Frog trout fly is a large fly and best used in late summer when fishing still waters or the backwaters of rivers. It is best in the evenings and needs to be fished with a jerky montion to imitate a frog swimming. Frogs are a favourite food of large brown trout. Their size and bulk make for tricky casting however.
